"Stunning view. Great service. Comfortable bed. Great bathroom with a spa (we stayed in "The Loft Suite"). Walking distance to some great walks. Great little outdoor deck. Excellent family entertainment facilities downstairs in the universal guest area; e.g. fireplace, DVDs (for viewing in your room), games, binoculars for the view daytime and nighttime (ie star gazing). Also there was a Bose Bluetooth speaker in our room and Foxtel. Can't really think of anything that was missing."

"The property is beautiful to walk around, you can walk to hikes and waterfalls in the Blue Mountains. The staff was friendly and the lounge was so comfy with great food and drinks. "

"Staying at Madison’s Mountain Retreat was the perfect getaway and experience for my family. We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed the atmosphere of the grounds. Anne’s warm welcome and knowledge about the animals was excellent and we all enjoyed feeding the Alpacas, Llamas & Goats. The indoor pool was great for a quick swim & we felt nice and cosy in the rustic cabin accommodation which had a lovely view of the alpacas and farm. We will definitely be back. "

"A cottage well off the beaten track. No TV and wifi for 2 nights. Then it rained and the cloud was low so sightseeing was out of the question. Spent the day blobbing out reading and DVD watching. Best possible place to spend a day doing this."
