"Staff went above and beyond. Restaurants were absolutely perfect. The room was clean and well kept. The resort is definitely a favourite with families so if you're looking for a couples getaway this MIGHT not be for you. I went with my partner and we still had a blast, but having parents in the spa with their kids splashing around wasn't exactly relaxing. Will definitely be coming back with my kids though!"

"This hotel has an old charm but was as clean & new feeling as they come! The bed was very comfortable, rooms seemed to be newly renovated, bathroom was bright! We played tennis on the free court with a beautiful blue Mountain View, and drank a delicious ginger mojito whilst admiring the views! Would definitely come back "

"We spent 3 mid week nights at Kyah. Enjoyed the funky boutique hotel vibe of the place. Hot tub and sauna were enjoyable and easy to reserve; dinner we had at the on premises restaurant Blaq was excellent. As far the room goes, the bed mattress was too soft for our tastes and the room lacked closet space for clothes. Bathroom lacked a room deodoriser spray/aerosol. "Variable quality of room servicing. Some towels replaced. Some taken and not replaced. Bath soap dispenser empty but not refilled. Bit of a mixed bag. No consistency. And consistency - the same experience, regardless of who is servicing the room - is the key to a high quality stay."

"My room was clean and neat. The manager was very friendly and kind. The hostel was quiet and fairly peaceful. Some things were overlooked like bathroom cleanliness and lack of toilet paper. But otherwise the location was perfect and it suited my needs"

"Beautiful old world character room in the blue mountains, convenient to scenic world & the RSL club. Great room for the price with all you need for a short stay. Bed, A/Con, Tv & a good Shower. Would love to stay again. "

"Overnight stay suited us in a good location to shops and restaurants. Bathroom had steps which could be a problem for those with mobility issues but fine for us. Old lift was a bit problematic- slow and didn’t always register. Otherwise, an old hotel with lovely features like a library."

"Free breakfast was cereals and toast. It was nice that it was very quiet and homey, despite the walls being as thin as paper. Best part was the location - very accessible to a lot of dining areas and the sites. "

"The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night’s sleep, and the amenities, including a mini-fridge and coffee maker, added to the convenience of my stay. The location is perfect—just a short drive to local attractions, making it easy to explore the area. I also enjoyed the on-site facilities, which provided a lovely way to unwind after a busy day. I highly recommend Lithgow Motel to anyone visiting the area. I can’t wait to return!"
