"This was an interesting property. Although described as a "resort," I would not define it as a such. It's actually a hotel, a nice hotel, but a hotel. The so-called "resort" feature seems built around the fact that it's immediately adjacent to (i.e., across a very small parking lot) a few fun shops, good cafes/restaurants, and a nice bar. "This property is well managed. Customer service in all areas is great. Taci, the Assistant Guest Experience Manager was sweet and provided us with assurance we needed for any help we needed during our stay. The food was really good as well. The breakfast everyday was delicious. Also, every Tuesday night, the hotel offered open bar from 6-8 in appreciation of the guests. Nice touch! Let's review the beach area, well....in my humble opinion the beach was way nicer and larger that the Ritz Hotel...
