"My two friends and I had a lovely weekend at this quaint and cozy guest house. It is within a quick and easy walk (even in sub-freezing temperatures) to interesting and fun downtown restaurant, art and shopping venues and an easy drive to hiking at the Grand Canyon of Pennsylvania. "We felt that the property is well maintained. However, we were a group of all 70 years. The online description didn't adequately detail the amount of steps in the home. Many steep steps to reach the main level (with only one railing) and more steps (with no railing) to reach the loft bedroom and bathroom. Also, rugs in entryway posed a major trip hazard. Possibly non slip rugs in good condition would be a good idea."

"This was our second stay at the cabin since we loved it so much the first time. Love the peace and quiet. Cabin is spacious with great views all around. Plenty of room for six adults with nice big beds in every room. Enjoyed the fire pit at night and even got to see some northern lights! Nice and secluded but great breakfast spot and bar nearby. Would definitely stay again!"

"The property was absolutely perfect for my family of 4, 2 grandparents, and our dog. It was very clean with so many perfect amenities for a home away from home. The decor is so comfortable and the house has an open floor plan with a long dining room table that is perfect for catching up with family and having game nights! "Last minute reservation and we were pleasantly surprised. The house was very spacious which allowed our 4 children room to expand. They enjoyed playing with each and running in the surrounding fields. There was no TV, so the kids had to find other activities, which they did. This was a great place to stay being clean and well equipped for guests."

"I brought a group of men from our church to this location for a men’s retreat. We had 17 men, all of which, with the exception of two had their own bed to sleep in. It was an absolute perfect place to stay and what made it even better was being able to contact (Paul) the host and have all of our questions answered. We will definitely be coming back again.. it’s only a 12 minute drive to downtown Wellsboro yet far enough in the country to “get away“."

"My partner and I stayed here for a long weekend and had a very nice time. It’s a bit farther back in the woods than I expected, but it gave us a lot of privacy which was appreciated! It was nice and cozy and I loved being able to sit by the electric fireplace and play games. Daryl gave great directions to the cabin and was very communicative and helpful! "
