"I intentionally booked a beautiful room with a bath tub for the end of our trip to Europe. The day we were arriving, they switched our hotel and said they were “upgrading us” This wasn’t true. We went from a honeymoon suite with a beautiful design and bath with a full bed to a room that was very average with a “mop it yourself” shower and 2 twin beds. No one was there to speak with.
