"Great time for our first trip to Iceland! Our family of 4, 2 college age sons, enjoyed a week of sightseeing and relaxation over the winter break. Grund was located perfectly for us to do short day trips up and down the southern part of Iceland during the short days. We didn’t use the hot tub or sauna because the snow was too deep around it but didn’t miss it at all. We were lucky to see several nights of northern lights with a spectacular display on New Year’s Eve. It is a great house ,location and host. Thanks for a wonderful visit!"
