"Booked 2 rooms, one for me and my wife (twin room) no problems. Second room was triple for my daughter and partner plus granddaughter, hence triple room. When we arrived was told that granddaughter name not on list so would be extra, what why would i book a triple room if i only needed rooms for 2, no reasoning with them. We had paid for bed,breakfast and evening meal. We actually took only 2 evening meals and two breakfasts due to the timing of the services not meeting our times of the winter...
