"The hotel has some amazing charm and looks and feels like a classic ski resort. However, the pool area and spa area is a circus. No joke, the hot tubs was totality full. The kid friendly tub has 14 kids along with the adults. The adult ones was just as full. I think we had 27 people in our. In short, you are going to touch people. The pools are just as crazy. This was between 4-6 pm. Ow, barrel saunas was a constant in and out and never got hot. The hotel is great but don’t expect that perfect...

The place is NOT dusty and appeared perfectly clean but I think this is how it is with older properties. I also saw silverfish in the bathroom while I was up in the middle of the night. I think this may be expected in an older property but still not...

"The suite was cute and a good layout, towels were very clean, linens were crisp and fresh. Furniture was nice too. But with no AC and only 4 small windows with no air flow and no screens it was very very hot and stuffy. They did bring us two more fans which made it bearable but not comfortable. Also, the dishwasher was broken so that was difficult. The whole place could use a refresh. I would t recommend for a summer stay but in winter it would probably be very cozy. "
