"The hotel has some amazing charm and looks and feels like a classic ski resort. However, the pool area and spa area is a circus. No joke, the hot tubs was totality full. The kid friendly tub has 14 kids along with the adults. The adult ones was just as full. I think we had 27 people in our. In short, you are going to touch people. The pools are just as crazy. This was between 4-6 pm. Ow, barrel saunas was a constant in and out and never got hot. The hotel is great but don’t expect that perfect...

"Great trip to Whistler. The location is great, not quite ski in ski out but very close to the mountain. Apartment was lovely and had everything you would need. Check in and check out was a pain, the office is located in main Whistler so isn’t a particularly easy process."
