We had booked, paid and received confirmation only to arrive and be told by the owner that there was a problem. They had no vacancy. The owner said he had closed the bookings on the websites the hotel advertised through. He said we shouldn’t have been able book it. "Прекрасное место, отличные бунгало. Рядом ручей, который своим шумом успокаивает нервы. Зелень, романтичный мостик... Однако территория выглядит несколько заброшенной, по территории кое-где валяются пластиковые бутылки, чей-то тапок, упаковочные материалы... В общем, отель прекрасный, персонал чудесный, завтраки великолепные, но нужно привести в порядок территорию, сделать ее более уютной."

"Good location. Close to the Otogar. There is a minibus and bus stop in front of the hotel. Hotel undergoing renovation in the lobby but things were quiet at night and in the morning. Helpful staff."
