"Staff was cooperative and helpful. Small room for 3 person. Double bed size was standard but Single bed size was very small. Bathroom was old and hot water system was disconnected. Only instant hot water heater installed but doesn’t work well. Room Air Conditioner (heating system) was excellent. Beds were comfortable. Enough car parking available. there was tasty Pizza shop (italino Pizza). Grocery stores and restaurants were nearby. "

"We booked family suite but was only told that the room was not ready for us on our arrival so we had no choice to stay in a smaller room. Rooms were not ready for the three of us neither. Some door knobs/ hangers need to be fixed. Other then that good location and good stay here."

"Great location near the old town and the historical attractions. Friendly service, the staff advised well on where to eat. The rooms are beautifully designed and very clean. Coffee, tea, water provided in the room. TV with Netflix. "

"Great location. Excellent breakfast and friendly hosts. Unfortunately some restaurant bar next door had pretty loud music until 1am. Because it’s in old town you cannot park close to hotel. But taxis can bring you there. Also they let us drop off our luggage. "

"Nobody was at the property to check us in. The caretaker from another house came to help to open an apartment for us. Apartment was dirty, not cleaned after last visit. No sign of staff to look after the property. No electricity and no hot water. No beddings, no bed sheets or covers. No towels present. No communication no sign of anyone with the intent to host us. Expensive for a dirty property without power and hot water."

"Stayed for 5 nights, first encounter was very pleasant with a welcoming glass of bubbly. The room was nice but one of the windows was open and it was impossible to close as the hinges were broken so it was a bit noisy at night .The air con was excellent even with the window open.We did not have any cleaning, changes of bedding, towels, or any replacement of bathroom items the whole time we were there, shower pressure was not great.
