Le personnel est très disponible. Le petit-déjeuner est très qualitatif dans la salle à manger avec de grandes fenêtres pour profiter de la vue. La situation est parfaite pour profiter de Safranbolu. "We had an amazing stay at Camilca Konagi. This is a family run guesthouse, hosts were lovely and so welcoming! The home was beautiful with its wooden architecture and felt like you had stepped back in time. Rooms were spacious and clean and the best part of the stay was the delicious homemade turkish breakfast served out in the garden. It provided such a homely feel! Last but not least when my friend left her mobile phone in the back seat of the taxi, the host contacted the taxi driver...

"This property is an authentic Ottoman-style house in quite an affluent and quiet part of town, well away from the historic heart which is about 10 mins away by taxi. Yusuf and his wife are genial hosts and my room with ensuite was huge! Garden is nice as well. Just be aware that there is a mosque across the street with a loud call to prayer at 5am and Yusuf being an observant Muslim man does not like alcohol in his house."

"We booked a family room/suite for 4 but when we arrived there was no such room in the hotel available so we had ro sleep in an appartment in a bigger old family house . It was not so bad as we had quite big space for ourselve and a beautiful sea view but the first moment when we arrived and couldn’t get the booked room in the hotel after 4 hours trip with kids was quite frustrating….the lady who gave us the keys and showed the house probably was the owner of the house and she was quite nice"

The suite was very clean, modern, had all kinds of useful amenities, and the staff was absolutely fantastic. Special shout-out to Abu Anas for his great hospitality and his eagerness to accommodate our every need. They accidentally slightly overcharged us and he went out of his way to let us know and was adamant about giving us a cash refund. Absolutely class act. 10/10 stay."
