"This little gem is tucked away in Dexter and offers a fabulous view (and access) of the river and surrounding area (Fall foliage was spectacular). There are lots of ammenities on property to enjoy! It was a little cold to hop in the Kayaks but they were available to us. We did enjoy warming up around the firepit and the barrel sauna was spectacular! "The home & property is incredibly well cared for and very beautiful. The kitchen is fully equipped for any type of cooking/baking. We really loved staying here. The space was relaxing and comfortable for the family to share. There’s a lovely walk right to downtown where there are coffee shops & great restaurants. Falling asleep to the waves lapping the seawall below the home was magical! We are grateful to have shared such a wonderful home. "

"We came to visit our son who was at Fort Drum. Such a beautiful location with so much around within walking distance. We were lucky enough that there was a Halloween parade and celebration literally right outside our door. So much fun!"

"I'm a travel CT tech and stayed at this VRBO after long overnight shifts for a week. The location was perfect for anyone working in the hospital and my dog loved the back yard (just be careful of ticks, as I saw deer in back there almost everyday). I loved the place and had ample cooking utensils so I could cook right at the home. Will be returning! Also the washer and dryer was a nice perk "
