"We wanted a pet friendly "home away from home" and we certainly found it. The cottage is very nicely appointed inside and has pretty much everything you could want! We only used the master bed and although it is quite a soft mattress it is very comfortable and great pillows (which we never find!) We didn't bring our fishing gear but you couldn't really fish from the back it is too weedy, but it is not far to fishing spots. There were nice places to walk our dog right from the cottage. "What a lovely little home. My sister and I stayed here for a weekend away. We loved this little home, it was thoughtfully decorated, well labeled, easy to get to / get in / check out. We enjoyed hiking in the snow in the property and met a sweet pup. From here we drove just 5 minutes to the Omaha trail to have a lovely 5 mile hike. I was delighted by the coffee supply, and my sister by the mini-bar. Lovely linens, and kitchen supplies and immaculately clean. We're hoping to make this spot...

"Breathing taking views of the River, we hiked the trails, seen eagles, woodpeckers, and other birds. The home is beautiful, cozy and has everything stocked with many extra added details that a family would ever want or need for their stay. The cozy fireplace in the living room and the piano was a favorite spot my family enjoyed so much. We all had a wonderful time! "
