"Nice"

"This was the best hotel I've stayed at in a long time. The staff was friendly and it is conveniently located near a number of bars and the Lombardi Steakhouse is housed inside. My only complaint was when sitting on the toilet, it was very low, and my boys were literally in the water."

"Hyatt downtown Greenbay had spacious suites and an indoor atrium that was beautiful. Employees were courteous."

"We had booked 2 rooms, for one night, both suites. Everything was as described, the pool area and hot tub area were clean and well attended. Room was spacious and clean, overall a nice stay. The only, "issue," we experienced was when we checked in, nothing was mentioned about being a VIP hotel/stay. We went to our rooms, unloaded and headed out to dinner. Upon return, we inquired about a free beverage, which historically, at other locations is a small bottle of wine or can of soda. The man behind the desk seemed a bit perplexed, went behind the wall and seemed to be inquiring about that with someone else. He eventually came out with bottles of water. I asked if that was our only option, and he replied, "Well we have beer and soda but I don't know if you can have that." So based on our other experiences, that wasn't was I anticipated, not the end of the world, but perhaps not all "VIP," experiences are the same. "

"The purpose of this trip was to experience Green Bay Packer country. Lodge Kohler was the perfect place to stay. Parked our car and was able to get around on foot for 3 days. The hotel was amazing. The smell of the lobby was soooo good ~ my wife actually asked about it when we checked in. The service was impeccable ~ employees were so friendly and very accommodating. Greeted us every time we entered the hotel. A lot of little touches that made our stay relaxing. We will be back and next time bring our kids and grandkids. Excellent hotel!"
