"The hotel is perfectly located ( maybe not right in the of the oldest part of town but very near the opera house and right on the water!) the room was great! And the balcony view was spectacular. The rooftop pool was amazing but the gym is almost non existent. It would be ok for cardio ( there’s a treadmill, & stationary bike) but not for any type of weight lifting and no room for exercising. Front desk staff couldn’t haven’t been more helpful - organised us breakfast boxes for our very early flight and helped with first aid when I cut my leg. "Believe it we stayed at this hotel in 2018 and we did not like it and last minute we booked without paying attention, forgot the name. We were shocked at arrival but thanks to Norberto who was extremely friendly and welcoming, he did contain our shock extremely well and turned it to an excellent experience. Walking to the old part of town and shopping areas took about 10 minutes tops, plenty of cafes in the area too for coffee and pastry if the included breakfast is not your thing/you cant make it (7.30am - 10.30am). Room was fairly small but comfortable and clean. Ours had a nice little balcony too. Only real downside is I struggled to operate the aircon, but thats surely...
