"I visited these resort every year for almost ten years. The people that work in these resort are the best. They pay attention to detail and make you feel good. The only bad thing is the guests smoking everywhere there is not a smoking policies. And the roomsneeds improvement. Wh have prombles with the showers it only have hot water. And little water pressure. Other than that I enjoy my stay. "

"I didn’t check in, When I arrive they told me I have to pay additional $97 per day. And my spouse couldn’t stay with me. If I want her to stay I had to pay additional $400 dollars. "In general the staff was friendly but poorly trained and had very limited communication skills. Suite was very modern but not practical. (Only mirrors in bathroom. Bathroom lights so poor hard to shave. Electricity failures common, water would cease running without warning. Particularly bothersome in the shower.
