"One of the best hotels for customer experience I've been to: the staff were helpful, polite and always greeted you with a smile. "I'd booked the cheapest room, but still £100 per night. I was a small single. Shower / toilet room was really compact and desk wasn't fit for anything other than making tea (in fact the tea tray was fixed onto it taking half the space up). On the plus side, fixtures and fittings were new and clean, the hotel was well appointed and great central location. I just don't think that spec of room quite justified the price."
