"Hotel was lovely, old in style by very grand. Lovely warm rooms, shower over bath but was excellent. Room had empty cupboard for a fridge but non provided. No plug sockets next to bed for phones. Spacious and free car park. Great location. Very grand high end dining room, excellent staff. Would highly recommend. "

"The venue has a nice rustic feel and is located in a very nice quiet place. The restaurant was very nice & inviting and the food was delicious. The accommodation is also very nice, clean and modern. The staff were very attentive and friendly. I would definitely stay again."

"This is our 3rd stay. The rooms have been upgraded and we had a nice view. We are always made to feel welcome by the wonderful friendly people on reception. We arrived early but were able to leave our bags in reception. Parking is payable and you need to arrive early. However, we know the area well and thete is free on-steet parking nearby if you know where to look."

"Easy check in online before hand so went to the bar and got the key immediately and actually got shown to the room - a rare thing nowadays. We had a room on the outside which was great as was going to be rather late back in the evening. Room spacious, comfy bed and had all the amenities. Will go back if in the area"
