"Amazing stay and would totally recommend "

"Staying only one night enroute to a funeral the Great Malvern was absolutely perfect. We luckily secured a slot in the small car park (other car parks not far away). Walking in the door on a cold evening we were met with an immediate warmth both in terms of temperature and welcome at reception. The hotel is an old building but has been modernised while maintaining the character and a number of small touches add to making it such an iconic place to stay. Lots of posters from the local theatre and artefacts and pictures from the Morgan factory too, but without spoiling the coaching inn ambience. Our room was extremely comfortable with lots of up to date features, the attention to detail by the hosts with fresh water in a glass bottle and even a small chocolate on the bed! Everything just made us as guests feel special. We spent the evening in the bar which was so comfortable and had a full array of drinks. Breakfast was a theatrical experience never to be forgotten. Served on the day by our host who greeted us by our names which made an impression straight away. The cooked breakfast is made to order with locally sourced produce and the quality was excellent. The hotel is used by actors performing in the theatre so don’t be surprised to have a famous face sitting at the next table. I know we were. All in all the Great Malvern is a fabulous place to stay we were disappointed only to be staying the one night. We will certainly be booking again."

"Great stay at Tewksbury Park again . Everyone was so helpful and friendly and made our dogs Mia’s birthday very special. They also looked after us when our dormers arrived for a meeting and lunch. The food in the evening was outstanding, we will definitely return soon. Thanks Peter, Jane and Mia"

"This was a weekend away with my wife, the hotel is located in the centre of Great Malvern. The hotel is located on a quite road next to the Abbey, when we arrived Just before 1 pm, we were able to book in early as our room was ready, which was a bonus. I had completed the online booking in form prior to travel the day before, so when we arrived I only had to register the car, signed the registration document and give my credit card for pre-authorisation, so from arrival to being booked in was completed in a couple of minutes. I had booked afternoon tea for 1pm on the day of arrival, this was very good and the sandwiches were fresh and the small cakes were excellent, my only criticism would be there was no table cloth on the table, which took away from the overall look of the presentation. We were give a table with a window view of the valley and plain below the town. The food quality in the hotel was very good and staff service is excellent A visit to the Abbey is well worth a visit and also the Abbey gardens (located just behind the theatre) are very nice to walk a round on a pleasant which we had had on the Sunday. I was lucky to be able to book for a show in the forum theatre on the Sunday afternoon. The Town of Great Malvern is a lovely little town with a good selection of Restaurants and cafes and also boutique shops, I can recommend Peppe’s Italian Restaurant, we had an excellent meal here on Saturday night. This is just a five minute walk from the hotel."

"We and a group of friends enjoyed a one night stay at the Feathers in February 2025. We occupied room 216 which overlooks the high st. The room was on the small side but was comfortably furnished and the bathroom was a good size and had been recently refurbished and spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable and we were able to sleep with the window open. The common areas of the hotel are attractive and there is a cozy lounge and bar. Breakfast was good. We did have to wait 45+ minutes for our cooked breakfast to arrive but the manager did not charge us for it so no complaints Ludlow is lovely. Excellent independent shops, pubs restaurants and markets "
