"Owner was very attentive and helpful to our needs instruction were perfect and place was very neat and clean despite minor updates being done externally. There was an issue where my family was woken up at midnight because of a scheduling conflict with the property by evolve. This is not ok!! Definitely not a negative with the property management as they were more than helpful resolving this issue!!"

"This apartment was just right tor our needs. We were in town for only a couple of nights and it suited our needs just fine. It is a two family house (which we’re not used to), so if you don’t kind hearing footsteps from upstairs then it’s fine. Bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way and the gates to get into the yard were tricky to open and close. But those are minor and easy fixes. It has a huge fenced in yard which our dog loved exploring! Thank you for a great stay. We’d recommend this...

"I started writing the review the minute I entered the gates to this property. It was so beautiful and peaceful. We were greeted by two large firm dogs, willow and Wade. They were the sweetest ever. "We came into Athens for a night to visit a group of friends that were in town for the marathon, and Bart’s property was absolutely perfect for us. There were 3 couples, 6 adults total, and we all appreciated comfortably having our own rooms with queen or king sized beds. The house was spotless and had everything we needed, as well as a great central location off of Broad. Bart was also very kind, responsive, and helpful. Will definitely keep this property in mind for our future visits as well!"
