"We were a group of adults/teens and children visiting Birmingham for a Thai boxing tournament. The house is very clean and spacious, and really nice and warm considering it is single glazing. The only thing I would suggest is a bigger microwave, as the mini microwave only holds small saucers, so for our large group heating up dinner took twice as long- a minor detail. Otherwise we were very happy and comfortable with the stay and would absolutely stay here again if we come to the tournament next...

"This place was disappointing. Old, so naturally not as clean looking, but was also dusty when we arrived. No bath mat and the shower leaked so the floor was slippery and was hard to get the host to bring more towels by. Not enough mugs for everyone in our group of 4 to have tea in the AM. Radiator heat did not work in one of the rooms. Beds were adequately comfortable. Host was mostly responsive when we were there but difficult to reach prior to the trip."

"Dishwasher hanging out of housing, no seal on btm shower door bathroom flooded twice, radiators filthy, mould throughout shower cubicle, only 3 plates, knives and forks, I expect demand some refund 😕"

"We rented this place with 6 people. There were no issues, everything went smooth, nice and clean house. It is 100% what we expected. Friendly host, direct number in case of problems. If we would chose Birmingham again for our gettaway we would deffinitly rent this house again."
