"First time here. Lovely looking hotel. Check in was quick but wasn’t really shown where to go by staff. Found the lift but wasn’t explained about needing our card to scan for lift to go up. "Very friendly, helpful staff. The valet parking was easy and convenient. Our room had been recently refurbished so it was in great condition. Comfy bed, plenty of storage and surface space to put all our toiletries etc. However, the bathroom disappointed slightly. Although clean, and part of a refurbished room, it had a shower over a bath.
