"Very clean, excellent location for what we wanted. Situated in a quiet Norfolk village. Ideal for visiting the north Norfolk coast including King's Lynn and Hunstanton."

"Our stay at the Coastal Bolthole was delightful. The property is superbly located, close to all amenities and transport links and was very easy to find. The house itself was very clean and tidy with a great kitchen and lots of toys and games for our younster to enjoy. The host Simon was incredibly helpful and easy to contact, overall a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended!"

"We absolutely loved the house and gardens. We wish we had booked longer to spend more time hanging out together there. Great for kids with the trampoline and large football pitch to run around on. Not far from the coast and lovely local villages + walks. Great to socialise in the evening in the different lounge areas and the hot tub was great! "

"The back bifold doors are broken so would not lock, the front locking door did not always open the door! The location is good as are the views. Just starting to look tired but overall good."

"A short stay to explore the Norfolk coast. I loved the attention to detail and decor of the cottage. If you like historic buildings then this place is for you! The top floor room has an old beam across it and is a struggle to get into but the kids liked it so that was a win. The cottage is quite dark inside and just enough social space for two adults and two kids. The courtyard garden is lovely and a great sun trap. Thanks for having us. "

"This is a lovely little cottage, very close to the sea. The only problem for me is that it does not have a shower and getting down into a bath is more difficult as I get older. Really needs wifi too."

"Great sized property for us all, a few niggles though..... Shame it faced completely north so no sun in main sea facing rooms. Dripping main kitchen tap drove us crazy! Fantastic games room!! "

"The property was a bit unloved. No carpets anywhere, just felt cold. Mind the owner was very good, we struggled with the Tv and he got back to us, quickly and the problem got solved. "

"Very clean, small but well stocked kitchen, fantastic sitting room. Rachel was very welcoming and provided lots of useful info. Cley is a great place to stay. Would highly recommend. "

"The holiday break was perfect for us as we were three separate households but one family. Luckily the weather was very good enabling walks from the accommodation and outside play on the lawn area. We made full use of the excellent on site farm shop and the swimming pool which was near by. Norwich is a very nice city to visit, and my wife and I called at Diss on our journey to the farm, again well worth a visit. This was a happy family time to celebrate our 50th wedding aniversary"

"My patner and i stayed along with our 3 children who are 12, 15 and 17. Very close to the beach and Cromer is virtually on your doorstep, the house has everything you need for a stay away from home and is very clean. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends."

"Beds clean and comfy with good quality linen, but 3 bedrooms had broken sash cords so windows could not open - uncomfortable at night in July. Excellent sitting rooms but not very clean - thick dust under furniture. Very poor internet - tv reception impossible much of visit. Good quantity of china (though some was dirty), cutlery and cooking equipment, but only a 3 mug cafetiere - we had to buy a filter machine to provide for 9 adults. The freezer badly needed defrosting, there was old food in...
