"We did have an issue with the heating in the room, it was freezing, after we complained the manger suggested we went out for a pre booked appointment and upon return he would have it sorted We returned to find the room was still cold, we were immediately offered an upgrade to a much bigger suite in a differing part of the hotel. "My husband and i booked an overnight stay for valentines day, we were greeted warmly by very friendly staff, the hotel itself was very inviting with beautiful decor and a relaxed vibe our dining experience was lovely amazing food served by a very sweet waitress followed by a delicious breakfast the next day. "Excellent, hotel was lovely and very easy to find, close to the shops/ town centre. The hotel was gorgeous and worth paying extra for ! The staff were very lovely and helpful, it was a really pleasant stay. Super easy check in and out also! The only negative was that in our room, we only had shampoo and conditioner, there was a stunning bath but no bubble bath or soap to actually enjoy it. This was a very minor negative over our whole experience though, we will definitely be returning! "
