"Loved this property. The breakfast and staff were wonderful. They accommodated mom with a main level room. The beds were comfortable. We could eat outside in the garden. They do need to change the window in the bathroom. It wouldn’t close or open and there was mold in the bathroom. The tub was very slippery and needed a grab handle."

"Awful. Hotel sent me an email saying I could check in as late as 22:00 and that someone would be there to greet me. I arrived at 21:00 and was not able to check in due to no one being there. If I never received that email, I would have been on time. They charged me for both nights I was staying and didn’t refund me for THEIR mistake. If you want to have no place to stay your first night in Europe and be out money to begin your trip, this is your place."

"Stayed here last month also for one night. This time stayed 2 nights. Love the lockers with locks keyed to door card. Privacy for individual beds with cubicles and curtains. However, the shared kitchen needs more towels and / or paper towels for cleaning dishes and counters. AND someone made a mess in the microwave BOTH days. I cleaned it first night just so i could use it but did not think it my place to do so again the second night. Security camera not working? Does housecleaning do...

"Only difficulty was finding somewhere to park if arriving late. Do a bit of research (unlike me!). The nearby Saint Dennis car park is closed for entry after 2300 or something. Theres another car park a 5 min walk away (Neujean) which is 24hr - also has charging points. Staff was very accommodating for my late arrival with clear instructions for collecting the key (not 24hr desk)."
