"We have stayed here several times in the past. Although the location is great the rooms are outdated, specially for the price and the fact it’s a 5 star hotel. 1 little bottle of shampoo and bodywash for 2 people and they were not replaced the 2nd day? 2weeks in the netherlands this was the most expensive one and the only one with no proper bodywash and shampoo provided, this is not to be expected in a 5 star hotel. "Awful. Hotel sent me an email saying I could check in as late as 22:00 and that someone would be there to greet me. I arrived at 21:00 and was not able to check in due to no one being there. If I never received that email, I would have been on time. They charged me for both nights I was staying and didn’t refund me for THEIR mistake. If you want to have no place to stay your first night in Europe and be out money to begin your trip, this is your place."

"Bel hôtel renové, excellent service, juste en face de la gare, 20 minutes à pied du Vieux Liège. Épicerie Carrefour express juste à côté, plusieurs restaurants. Seul bémol est si vous arrivez en voiture. Aucun debarquadère et place meme pour arrêter, il faut faire un bout plus loin, se trouver une place et revenir à pied pour l'enregistrement. Le stationnement payant intérieur est à 150 mètres avant d'arriver."

"If you are taking the FlixBus, the bus stop is right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. The room itself is small and basic, but comfortable. "Only difficulty was finding somewhere to park if arriving late. Do a bit of research (unlike me!). The nearby Saint Dennis car park is closed for entry after 2300 or something. Theres another car park a 5 min walk away (Neujean) which is 24hr - also has charging points. Staff was very accommodating for my late arrival with clear instructions for collecting the key (not 24hr desk)."
