"We have stayed here several times in the past. Although the location is great the rooms are outdated, specially for the price and the fact it’s a 5 star hotel. 1 little bottle of shampoo and bodywash for 2 people and they were not replaced the 2nd day? 2weeks in the netherlands this was the most expensive one and the only one with no proper bodywash and shampoo provided, this is not to be expected in a 5 star hotel. I was told 2 years ago they were in progress of updating the rooms not no sign...

"My brief weekend trip to Maastricht was made even more special by the kindness and efforts of Francine during my stay in her lovely home to ensure that I enjoyed my stay. It is everything and more than the photos and description can indicate. She even loaned me one of her bikes so I could go to an afternoon appointment nearby. I will look forward to returning to enjoy this lovely spot again!"
