"The hotel is well located and we had a big room overlooking the port. We were a bit disappointed with the poor quality of the property and an overall musty smell especially in the corridors which have no ventilation. Its overpriced for the quality. I dont recall any AC but by opening window and (rotting) skylight the draft was sufficient for September. "

It is not the most completely appointed room you could imagine- for example there are no nightstands which seems an unnecessary cost-saving measure. "Great staff, but basic, small rooms. Bathroom could do with update. Breakfast had a good selection of food. Located near an industrial estate but very close to the beach as well. For what is provided it was quite expensive through Expedia."

"Gerard and Claudine are delightful hosts. Nothing is too much trouble. The house is great and has every amenity. The garden is spectacular and together with the BBQ makes for lovely evenings. The house is close to the beautiful resort of Binic with it range of restaurants and bars. We recommend the fish restaurant close to the harbour wall. Overall the nicest Gite we have stayed in over 5 years of coming to France. We thoroughly loved our stay and wholeheartedly recommend it to you."

"This is an outstanding property- furnished to a very high standard with all the amenities you could ever need. The host was very helpfull and check in went went without a hitch.
