"Very friendly welcome and check in. Positive first impression of reception area. Room was generally in good condition, clean and well-presented. Everything worked, plenty of hot water in powerful shower. Food quality very good for the price, varied menu options each day for dinner. The bed suited my preference just right, as did the pillows. Sheets and linen were clean and fresh. Only slight criticism would be that behind the beds needed hoovering, it was a little dusty (something I only noticed because I dropped something) and the bathroom window needed cleaning. Overall however, I very much enjoyed the stay. Every member of staff I spoke to was friendly but also smartly presented and professional. Would happily stay again. "

Managed to get a free upgrade to a very spacious & beautiful suite which enhanced our trip how lovely! The place is spotless,staff always helpful & the food is hot, tasty & suits every palate & allergies. Very near to the town so only a short walk so perfect really!"
