"Had a great stay at this property. Very modern/contemporary build. Everything was walking distance and very convenient. We went Dec 25-27 so the offfice (which is in the same hallway as our room) was closed but they were available via WhatsApp 24/7. Security (keypad entry) was very good since there were 2 entrance points into that hallway. And the 3rd one was a card key into our room which securely put in a lockbox outside the room door. I was highly recommend this property if you plan to visit...

"I have been staying at a lot of places lately as I have been doing a month long trip Euro Trip. What I liked about this place was that it was very affortable and easy to get around since the bus stop is right around thr corner. The train station is close too. The staff was really nice and friendly! I came in late and the process was very easy to get in. It was a bit rainy and I was even lended an umbrella. Would definitely recommend staying here. "

"I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting La Spezia, Portovenere or Cinque Terre. Short car drive to catch the ferry or train! House has a beautiful Mountain View, Italian breakfast was amazing, room was comfortable with a very nice bathroom but most importantly, staff was very welcoming and gave us amazing tips as to how to make the most of our short stay in La Spezia. Parking very easy, but the peculiarities of house numbering in Carrara make it difficult to find the B&B location, which is located not near #18 and behind another group of houses numbered 16. "We visited recently for a 3 night stay in Cinque Terra. This is a very basic BNB. It is definitely away from the hustle and bustle of Cinque Terra but that is what we wanted. A few notes: there is no air conditioning. There was a fan and we had cool evenings so not a big deal. But to those traveling in the warmer months, just note that. "Mauro was a gracious and welcoming host! The property, although secluded and if driving, is on top of a very winding road, is well appointed with a patio that offers a spectacular view of Lerici. The chalet was quaint as well, located at the bottom of about 50 stairs, making trekking luggage up and down a little challenging, but everything else makes up for that! There is little wi-fi, so if that is a necessity, you may need to provide your own hot spot. "
