This was our first trip to Scotland to visit our son studying nearby, so it was a chilly time! The house was cozy and we loved playing cards by the fire in the parlor room. "Poorly maintained, master bedroom door handle was on top of the cupboard and the shower hose leaks. Not enough electrical sockets to provide power to laptop and lights. Furniture was a bit uncomfortable. Bed was very squeaky. Overall adequate for its purposes and met expectations. Wifi details provided were incorrect, but its on the hub so managed. TV was only usable with youtube as its the only service available that didn't require signing in. No live digital channels available. ...

"The advertised facilities at this property was a misrepresentation. There was no lounge but another room of beds. Lounge chairs seating 7 only were stuffed in the kitchen area. Dining area seated only 6 (we used chairs from the garden). The fridge door did not open properly and utensils were limited and broken. Sheets were stained and illfitting and the "king" room had a badly cracked window and broken light fitting. The overall impression was that of a house crammed with beds and seriously...
