"The property and staff were very nice. The houseboat was set up very nice with everything someone could want for a short trip. It is walkable to Publix and sombrero beach (2 miles one way). One downside is you do hear the roosters and the air-conditioning through the thin walls. You are pretty close to your neighboring boats on the deck facing the water. There is ample air conditioning units (3) to keep the unit cool, however likely not a lot of insulation which may be something to consider if...

Yes, the boat will rock a bit depending on the weather, but that is to be expected when you’re floating on water. "We had a wonderful time. It is an older, smaller boat but we enjoyed it. There is a port a pot in the cabin but there is a huge shower and bathroom under the carport. We were able to fish right off the boat. Frank will answer texts pretty quickly. "

"Comfy and food location. Fun for our grandson who enjoyed fishing off the dock. Renters should know this is a lot like staying in an RV. Fun and interesting but not luxurious. We knew what to expect and it was great."
