"The property is beautiful and really a great place to unwind. I did think the hostess was slightly off with us. She said she was going to give us a tour on check in but eventually found out she did not (she just walked us to our room) and she actually was not very forthcoming with giving a description of the property and what the property offers as part of the welcome. In fact as we were leaving we then accidentally found out about other amenities. The hostesses didn’t seem as knowledgeable...
