"While the house was nice and accommodating, we weren’t provided with linens or towels after the site said they were included. It was extremely challenging to get to and leave from. The host was not kind to us when we need directions after getting lost. we throughly cleaned the house after getting no instructions for check out she told us we were good to leave and everything looked good and then an hour after we checked out she proceeded to spam text us with complaints about things we supposedly...

"We chose this property after seeing it on a previous trip when we were enchanted by its age and location. It lived up to all expectations for us. We are two pretty fit senior citizens who were travelling with our 22 year old granddaughter. Paola, the property manager in the village, was amazing. It is an easy 15 minute drive to the Avignon TGV station. The village boulangerie is wonderful, and the small grocery had everything we needed."

"The house is absolutely lovely. It has virtually everything you need for a perfect stay. The owners could not be more helpful and responsive. Any little problems they were immediately on hand to help and advise. The area is gorgeous and the people ever so freindly. The only reason we didn't give 5 stars was the lack of AC in the upstairs rooms. The owners supplied fans but If they had AC up there then 5 stars all round. Thank you Pical, Bernard and JF for a marvellous holiday."

"Our stay here was a very pleasant one. The house is large with ample room and furnished with taste. It is also quiet and private with a large garden/yard with outdoor settings affording privacy in a situation only two blocks from the centre of Arles old town and its weekly markets. Our host was gracious, friendly and always willing to assist. I would thoroughly recommend the house to anyone who appreciates such qualities."

"We all had a wonderful stay at this very secluded home on a sheep farm with pretty grounds and views and were able to explore the many acres of the farm with a very informative tour of the vineyards which resulted in a wine tasting session of Jeffs excellent wines. Our hosts were helpful and very welcoming. I should point out that the property is advertised as having two bathrooms when it infact only has one but the beds are comfortable and we all slept well. "A beautifully restored property. We had a wonderful stay. The house is very well equipped and renting was a very smooth process. Odile was very helpful right from the start. When we arrived, we had an issue with one of the units anc it was fixed the next day. Lovely view from the terrace and the pool was perfect for us. Everything was just right"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Mas d’Oscar. The property is just as depicted, with everything that we needed at hand. The location was perfect-it was less than 5 minutes walk into town and about a minute to the grocery store. It was good to know that our host Genevieve was available and just a message away in case we had any questions or problems. She met us at the property then we first arrived, which was great. I nightly recommend this property!"

It was dirty and some light fittings were exposed wire or hanging away from the wall which should not be allowed . The pool was ok for the first few days but them got dirty . We put in the automatic cleaner but it missed a lot of the green slime and dirt . This really spoilt our holiday as we could not use the pool . "We spent a very pleasant 11 days at this rental in September 2024. The owners Jean-Francois and Virginie were very personable and helpful. They helped us figure out how to use the washer and attended to a few other matters. They were available quickly when we needed assistance.
