"Staff allowed an early check in as I arrived from the train in the morning. They also helpfully called a cab for me back to the train station in the morning. The only downside is the lack of restaurants nearby, if you are on foot."

I then contacted Hotels.com who said I could only cancel through their reception but this was impossible since the reception was closed. I’ve called and emailed with no reply. "
