"We chose this location because of the nice finishes and great location. While the apartment was generally if a high standard, the toilets are located in the bedrooms and not in the lounge communal area. The sliding door to the toilet/shower room has a 1cm gap all around, offering no privacy for those in the toilet nor in the bedroom. A little awkward for everyone."

"Our stay at Whale Coast Ocean Villa was fabulous! This is the perfect place for exploring the Hermanus Cliff Walk and Grotto Beach. It is beautifully decorated, the breakfast was amazing, the staff warm and welcoming. Our stay was too short. Hope to visit again soon."

"The good: The Whale's Tale is a stunning-looking modern property that is immaculately maintained on the inside and outside. The property has secure parking for several cars. There are electronic locks on the main entrance and the bedroom doors. We had room 3 to the north of the property that was huge (approx 80 m2). The layout is modern and comfortable. There are windows to 3 sides of the room including a partial sea view. A very good full English cooked breakfast is available. The not so...
