"The property is in a great location on the west end of downtown, close enough to walk to everything but mostly out of the noise of game weekend downtown Athens. The hosts are diligent and responsive and the interior of the place is brand new. We’d definitely stay again for another game weekend."

"The hostess, Nikki, was very pleasant and attentive. The tri-level home was spacious, located in a quiet neighborhood near amenities. The kitchen was well equipped. Each of the 4 bedrooms had queen beds that were uncomfortable. The house is on a septic system and you could not flush toilet paper."

"Great property, a lot of space, host was amazing! Only thing to mention which is completely my fault is it is pet friendly and smells like dog, you especially smell next to rugs or fabric items because the home primarily has wood floors. I personally don’t like dog smell and it bothered both of us, again the property and host are amazing! Just a note for others like us. I saw pet friendly, but didn’t put it together! Great location as well! The beds were very clean and did not smell like pets!"

"we had a great Thanksgiving holiday and weekend in Athens. The house was perfect for our group. location was good, easy to get downtown and to the game. also close to a number of stores. Too bad it was too cold to use the pool :)! We would definitely come back"
