Purtroppo però ho preso un grande spavento quando mi sono svegliata con la porta aperta della mia stanza (era socchiusa). Dopo ho capito fosse dovuto al fatto che ogni volta che la stanza affianco chiudeva la sua porta, si apriva la mia. Non era possibile chiudere a chiave la porta, ma solo “tirarla”. "This property is clean. However; the advert is misleading. This is not a one bed/one bath property as listed, but is a hostel. The noise from outside was incessant. "Very dirty. Crumbs and bugs everywhere. No Wi-Fi or air conditioning. Misleading description: not relaxing, sleeping with other guests in house. Odd smell, uncomfortable beds. Things were left from previous guests on the ground and in beds. We shared a bathroom with another family and it was left messy. The sheets were dirty, old, and filled with crumbs and mosquitos. Instructions were clear and our low expectations were shattered with disappointment. "

"We found this vrbo because we needed a place off Venice proper where we could park a 9 passenger van & have transportation access. This VRBO was perfect for this! Parking in rear. Very short walk to bus to get to Venice. Because we arrived in the early evening on the first night, we drove north to a lovely town, Dolo, which was recommended by our host. Highly recommended for Venice tourists
"Overall the stay was very good. The hotel is nicely located at just 20 mins away from Venice and 10 mins from Mestre station. The hotel is very nearly to the bus stop and well connected by public transport. What pleased us the most is the warm and helpful nature of the hotel staff. They were very friendly, helped us with the city tax, bus tickets, guiding us with the map. They were excellent. So, I have given one extra star just for their hospitality. Also, we strongly recommend paying 9 EUR extra for the hotel buffet breakfast. Really nice breakfast. Otherwise, everything met our expectation and it is nicely place to stay for family or couples visiting Venice."
