"Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very small for 6 people. It would have been nice to have a privacy curtain on each bed. Also we had to move one of the bunks to retrieve something that had fallen behind the bed and it was very dirty. Obviously they never clean between the beds and walls. The elevator worked about 50% of the time. Staff was helpful in making sure I could use it. The location was great. In Old town, very close to the tram and market. Very walkable area."

"I liked how easily accessible the property was and how the staff were very well versed in tourist attractions and the like. I was helped by Marta when I checked in and she gave me a map with all the places I’d need to go to or tourist and food spots circled in which was very helpful, as well as the transportation links around the city. I just wish there were more options especially with protein at breakfast. It was all pretty much just toast and baked good but some eggs and maybe some sausages...

However, the bedding smelled like it was not dry and the pillow smelled, so I put on the cover I brought and slept. "This was a highly functional suite with 2 TV’s, European refrigerator, dishwasher, pots, dishes, cooktop, etc. the grocery store is<2 blocks away. Front desk is not staffed 7x24, but they ordered us a cab for non-staffed hours, and it arrived right on time. Very neat and clean. Trendy contemporary decor. We would go there again. There is dining nearby, but it is better about a 10 minute walk to the old city"
