"Lovely place to stay, right in the heart of Shrewsbury. It's a lovely old building, full of character and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We ate in the bar the first night we stayed and the food was hearty and home made. The bar was really busy and was obviously a popular venue. Despite the bustling atmosphere of the bar, once we were in our room we were not disturbed at all. Also, they give 10% off food and drinks to their residents - a highly appreciated touch. "

"Great position in Central Shrewsbury, parking was across the road, Staff was amazing and the breakfast in the morning was lovely but the carpet had quite a few stains and there were lots of light bulbs that were not working, but apart from that i would stay there again. "
