"We stayed here for one night while passing through. We brought our toddler along so we wanted a hotel in a safe area and close to public transport access. The stop is right across the street. It’s a short ride to Fisherman’s Wharf and surrounded by all the high end stores. We felt safe walking at night. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our daughter really enjoyed the glass elevator view! Nice, quiet hotel in the heart of Union Square. I’d stay here again in the future. "

"Tucked away from the noise of the freeway, this hotel has gorgeous, peaceful views of the waterfront. There is a great park nearby with an off-leash dog park & fantastic views of downtown SF. Friendly, attentive staff - very welcoming & responsive! I will always stay here when traveling for work. "
