Giselda front of house in the Breakfast restaurant was so welcoming it made me feel at home it was amazing how she remembered my name, prety impressive with the number of residents staying there in the hotel. Gave me a lovely send off .Frederick at the bar was professional, hard working and knowledgeable. The Breakfast was amazing with the choice , quality considering how many residents they had staying. "Very impressed. Older style location loved the decor. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was a junior suite very spacious, clean and comfortable. Meal in restaurant, enjoyed the baked salmon and dessert warm apple cake. Great location just near the train terminus and walking distance to shopping."
