"Very impressed. Older style location loved the decor. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was a junior suite very spacious, clean and comfortable. Meal in restaurant, enjoyed the baked salmon and dessert warm apple cake. Great location just near the train terminus and walking distance to shopping."

"First off, it’s a gorgeous building in the perfect location in Bergen. The Freschohalle and BARE are both exceptional, and the staff are great. There were some several minor room issues to point out however. We had a loft suite. If you are more than about 180cm/70in, don’t get a loft suite. You have to duck everywhere. The shower is open to the whole bathroom, so water gets everywhere. There is also a lack of space to place anything in the bathroom. The plugs aren’t in particularly convenient...

"Loved the proximity to the airport. It was super convenient to be able to walk over to the terminal. What was not so convenient is the lights in the room. You have to turn the main on to turn the bathroom light on and then the bar light comes on too. Not very convenient when you need to get up during the night."
