Leuk is dat je nog duidelijk sporen ziet van de vorige bestemming van het gebouw. (Gevangenis) Alkmaar is trouwens ook wel een mooie stad om te bezoeken met traditionele panden en grachtjes."

The location was great for us. It’s right across from the train station as well as where the busses come and go. Personally we never had a problem with noise from the station. "I thought the decor was pretty funky, but it worked. Everything was clean, modern and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful and access to the coffee machine 24/7 was a very welcome perk. The location was perfect. All said, it was a bit pricey but probably not relative to other Haarlem hotels. "
