We loved everything about our stay. Andria was very friendly and welcoming. She made the check in and check out process very smooth. I would highly recommend this property!
We were visiting family in Bennington and found this property to perfectly accommodate our group. Bathrooms were beautiful and spotless. Home very well cared for. We will definitely consider staying here again next time we need this type of space!
This place was perfect for our group of five. The bathrooms were spacious and well lit, beds were comfortable, and there were even some treats for us when we arrived!
We even got an early check in which made our day so much simpler.
Would definitely stay again!
Our family loved this property! It was clean, spacious, well stocked (even with snacks, waters and immediate items we would need, not knowing what time would be arriving.) We were in town for the graduation ceremony at Williams College and Bennington was just a short distance from campus. We would stay here again!
We loved this beautiful Victorian home in downtown Bennington. Plenty of room for us to spread out. Nice grill and patio space for outdoor dining together. We'd recommend it to friends.
The home on Grandview was impeccable. Having 3 bathrooms was such a bonus and the bedrooms were so comfortable. The multiple sitting areas and porch seating was great for everyone to spread out. Air conditioning was perfect on a hot humid Vermont weekend.

Great Stay!
This is a great house in Bennington. New, clean, modern, and walking distance from town. Wonderful space and plenty of room. We went for a 40th anniversary celebration with 3 couples and it was perfect. Only 14 miles from Williamstown and all its attractions. Lovely owner and care taker!
The house fit our needs so well that we stayed an extra day. High ceilings, lots of light, more than ample room. We used it as a home base for ski slopes less than an hour away. Great work-from-home setup for a non-skier. Thank you for hosting us!
Property was great, newly renovated beautiful Victorian house. Upstairs and downstairs porches were nice to sit on. Lovely furnishings and lots of space for people and belongings. AC worked great, very clean all around and appreciated the coffee, half and half, maple syrup, cheese and crackers and friendly responsive host. Has everything you need. Spacious, very nicely decorated, lots of seating to read, comfortable beds and beautiful bathrooms.
Location was great too, quiet neighborhood and walkable to town. Didn't spend too much in the house as we had friends in Williamstown. Bennington is a cool place.
I'd definitely stay again with friends if we are near the area!
This was a delightful experience from start to finish.
We appreciated the clear communications with the owner and property manager and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Thank you!
My sister and I rented this property to spend time in Bennington like we did when when we were children. It was a perfect launching spot for long walks around town. The house was clean, inviting an spacious. Communication was excellent. We would love to come back again.
This house was very pretty very comfortable and well situated in the lovely town of Bennington. Upstairs, there were two large masters with king size beds, perfect for our two couples who are vacationing together. The house was nicely appointed. We were only Three or four blocks from downtown and easily walked two restaurants in the evening.
We stayed 6 weeks and we were never bored. We did many hikes, visited historical landmarks and lots of cultural events in nearby Manchester. The house itself was large and fully stocked with some basic foods, and laundry products. We used the outdoor grill several times, which had a fully filled propane tank. Andrea and Sean were very responsive when we had some questions. Wifi was excellent!

Beautifully updated home in a quaint Vermont town.
We thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas escape to Vermont. The home in Bennington was just perfect for our family of 4 and 2 dogs, made even better by the picturesque snowfall. We were walking distance to town for morning coffee or evening pizza and close enough to several ski resorts, covered bridges and New England historical sites. Though we never met our local hostess in person, she was very welcoming over the phone, available as needed and made sure the home was all set up for our arrival. We would love to go back for a longer stay next time.

Girlfriends Weekend Getaway
Every year 6 girlfriends from various locations gather together for a weekend getaway. This year we stayed at this Victorian home in Bennington, VT. What a wonderful place to gather. Malcolm, the house manager, greeted us and showed us around. He was great. The home was perfect.......plenty of room, comfortable setting, all the amenities necessary with a welcome basket of Vermont made products. The house has completely updated bathrooms, comfortable sized bedrooms, plush linens and towels. We loved it. We felt so comfortable as we gathered in the living room for conversation and games. The dining table was perfect for our meals. While we did venture out and see the sights of Bennington, we just loved relaxing in this home. Definitely a place where we would return in the future. Thank you.
Beautiful, clean, filled with light and happy energy
We *loved* our stay in this property! The home is so spacious, clean, and well decorated. This is a beautiful old home that has been brought up to today's standards while still maintaining the historic character in many thoughtful ways. The master bedroom suite is a total wow, and most importantly, the bed and bedding are very comfortable. The walk-in shower is clean, bright and spacious, and the water pressure was perfect.
Whoever decorated this place had guests' comfort in mind. The furniture was cozy and abundant, with end tables where there should be end tables and lights where there should be light. Oh, and we came during a hot summer month and the air conditioning worked flawlessly.
This was a working trip for me, so I appreciated the reliable, fast internet. It was also nice to have dedicated office space for when I needed someplace quiet to work.
When we travel, I like to cook, and the kitchen was small but perfectly well equipped for me--even the silverware was really high quality. Appreciated having a big dining room where we could gather around at mealtime.
We traveled with our dog and found the neighborhood to be delightful for walks with the pup. The streets had nice sidewalks. And the people we met were so friendly! This really did feel like a home-away-from-home, albeit for one week that felt far too short.
The home is spacious, clean, bright, nicely decorated and well-equipped. An easy walk to shops and restaurants. It was great for our annual family gathering in southwestern Vermont.
This house was awesome!! The entire experience was wonderful. We were moving our granddaughter into Bennington College. The proximity to the college was perfect. There was ample room for the 5 of us. This Victorian House was full of charm, and the owner was so accommodating. There were books to read, games and puzzles. We felt very much at ease. We'd give it more than 5 stars. Can't wait to book this again on another trip. Thank you!!
