"House is warm, clean and tidy. There is no table! (dining or outdoors) to sit and eat at. There is a small outdoor table in the photos however that was not there when we arrived. Not really conducive to family Christmas dinner and get together for 6 days also no clothes line. Overall good house and plenty of parking for boat and a couple of cars however for the price, a dining table would have been nice. The outdoor furniture is pretty rickety and I had to spend a while tightening all the Allen...

"The black box was a great house for our family Xmas stay. The bunk room is only any good for children sleeping as too hard for most adults and there is not much soundproofing from room to room but nice place with excellent outdoor area. Great parking. Fantastic lawn area for playing games. "
