"Awesome property and location and Amy, the property manager, was fantastic to deal with. a couple of small work-ons - the shower head in the Master ensuite is held together with tape and is unusable and a number of the glasses and plates are chipped and cracked."

"Very clean new property. Good quality furnishings and equipment. Minor things could be improved - great outdoor table and seating provided but a few more comfortable outdoor chairs would be nice. Inside would be good to have a couple of hooks on the backs of doors. We had great weather and could eat outdoors but if it was more inclement a small dining table would be good. The breakfast bar worked for 4 but any more might be difficult to seat. Very minor things though since overall a very nice...

"House is warm, clean and tidy. There is no table! (dining or outdoors) to sit and eat at. There is a small outdoor table in the photos however that was not there when we arrived. Not really conducive to family Christmas dinner and get together for 6 days also no clothes line. Overall good house and plenty of parking for boat and a couple of cars however for the price, a dining table would have been nice. The outdoor furniture is pretty rickety and I had to spend a while tightening all the Allen...

"This house was perfect for our needs, as a rowing squad travelling to the Maadi Regatta. With 4 bathrooms we were able to get the rowers through the showers quickly each day."

"This house is very comfortable. It is also nice. The location is remote and in "the middle of nowhere," but it is great for day trips. It is a central location for trips from Christchurch to Queenstown or Wanaka if you want to take things slowly and not drive too much. The house was clean but not spotless (the oven and some plates were dirty), and the dryer was not working. I did not complain because we were there only two days, so I am unsure if the owner would have resolved things quickly....
