"The villa is in a very quiet location and enjoys the sun from first light to sunset. A very pleasant and well maintained villa and grounds. The pool is not ideal for serious swimmers but great for young children as the shallow area is safe for them. Well equipped kitchen and extensive internal layout for when it rains"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The most positive aspects are the outdoor spaces with the massive pool, incredible view and the patio area. Inside, apart from the disappointing kitchen, the rooms are of a very good size and are nicely decorated with each having a slightly different personality. The place could do with a bit of maintenance like lights that don't work, shower hoses that leak etc, which did take the shine off a little bit. But this is a really lovely home and the views make it worth it. A lot of reviews comment you need a car and that is advisable. It is a 20 minute walk downhill to an Italian restaurant that is open only evenings, and a 30 minute walk downhill to a beach bar (Olala). But this walk is a little precarious at night as there are no pavements for most of the walk and limited street lighting and then of course the walk uphill is strenuous. Having said that, it is not a busy road. The Moraira / Benissa Coast area is beautiful and there are more than enough wonderful places to eat and shop."

"We had a lovely time at the villa. Communication with the host and key holder was excellent. Loved that it was 2 seperate living levels which worked brilliantly for us. The views from the villa is outstanding and the different terraces are lovely. "

"Beautiful villa in a great location. The downstairs BBQ area was so handy. The villa was very clean and tidy with everytbing we could need. Prompt responses with the owner when needed and all communication dealt with in a timelt manner. Would certainly book again."

"Excellent villa and pool. Great location, near the beach and beach bar/restaurant and local supermarket which was quite expensive but all within walking distance. Pool towels were not included but we're supplied on request for a charge. The pool towels should have been included. The advert for the property states that the price quoted includes electricity but in the house it states that if the electricity usage is high then an extra charge may be payable. Which is not quoted in the advert for the house."

"The property worked well for all of us. We had lots of room with each bedroom having its own bathroom. We utilized the outdoor kitchen as our main kitchen to cook and entertain. The use of the ping pong table and pool were used daily. Our host walked us through the property upon arrival and was available if we had any further questions. The views from this property are unbelievable making our stay exceptional. I highly recommend this place. We sailed, fished, sunset catamaran, shopped within the local area and towns. I do recommend you have a car for this property or have your transportation setup prior to coming as taxis were hard to get. We used La Estrella transportation from the airport and local visits as needed. we had 11 of us. Honestly no one wanted to leave this little slice of Heaven:("
