"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The most positive aspects are the outdoor spaces with the massive pool, incredible view and the patio area. Inside, apart from the disappointing kitchen, the rooms are of a very good size and are nicely decorated with each having a slightly different personality. The place could do with a bit of maintenance like lights that don't work, shower hoses that leak etc, which did take the shine off a little bit. But this is a really lovely home and the views make it worth it. A lot of reviews comment you need a car and that is advisable. It is a 20 minute walk downhill to an Italian restaurant that is open only evenings, and a 30 minute walk downhill to a beach bar (Olala). But this walk is a little precarious at night as there are no pavements for most of the walk and limited street lighting and then of course the walk uphill is strenuous. Having said that, it is not a busy road. The Moraira / Benissa Coast area is beautiful and there are more than enough wonderful places to eat and shop."

"The Casa is mostly about the outdoor space, which is lovely and the pool was perfect. Inside is fairly small ( bedrooms/ bathroom/ kitchen ) but adequate for our needs. "

"The property worked well for all of us. We had lots of room with each bedroom having its own bathroom. We utilized the outdoor kitchen as our main kitchen to cook and entertain. The use of the ping pong table and pool were used daily. Our host walked us through the property upon arrival and was available if we had any further questions. The views from this property are unbelievable making our stay exceptional. I highly recommend this place. We sailed, fished, sunset catamaran, shopped within the local area and towns. I do recommend you have a car for this property or have your transportation setup prior to coming as taxis were hard to get. We used La Estrella transportation from the airport and local visits as needed. we had 11 of us. Honestly no one wanted to leave this little slice of Heaven:("

"Lovely apartment. Very clean and in a great location and the owners couldn’t have been more helpful. The area was a great base from which to view a beautiful part of Spain. Our 8 year old loved the pool, which was cleaned daily. Highly recommend!"

"The Villa location is very hilly so a hire car would be beneficial but the taxis are easy to order. The cleaning of the villas is not included in the total price so you have to pay per Villa and per person for use of towels which is extortionate, which had to had to be paid in cash on the first day. for electric which had to be paid on the last day. The pools aren’t heated and the larger pool could not be used due to the massive amount of bird mess, even the management lady said it was not acceptable and had spoken to the owners about it before. We couldn’t use the pool as we had three young children for health and safety reasons. The apartments overall were good and a private Location for our family."

"The view from the house is stunning, you can watch the sunrise turn Calp rock and the mountains a lovely shade of pink and watch the sunset colour the clouds in different shades every evening, then star gaze after dark. The villa is in a great location for visiting the beautiful town of Moraira and the busier town of Calp where there's lots of different activities to enjoy. Do not miss the eco-walk from Calp to Les Bessettes then on towards Benissa, amazing coastal scenery, not too tough of a walk, and a couple of rest stops for food and drink. About 10 minutes from AP7 so very handy for visiting other towns including Altea and Benidorm."

"We had 5 nights at this property - it was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and the apartment itself had everything one might expect. The reason why we cannot give it 5* is the Spa. We paid extra for the Spa and although we enjoyed a big discount (which was offered on arrival), we did not expect to have to pay extra for the sauna, which was in the Spa block. This is most definately the first time that has ever happened to us. At 20 Euros for a hour to use the sauna (which necessitated phoning reception to ask someone to come and turn it on), which included heating-up time, it just wasn't worth it (although we were also offered a discount). If we were to exclude the Spa issues, it would be a 5 star rating. We would recommend use of a car as it is tricky to get to, and there isn't much in the way of infrastructure nearby (it is possible to walk down to the shop by the petrol station but it is a slog walking back up the hill)."
