"Great hotel, we stay here everytine we visit benidorm "

"Rooms were really clean and serviced daily. Beds comfy and spacious. Mini fridge which is always handy and wall mounted TV( mostly Spanish channels) but not a deal breaker for us. Main Pool is beautiful ( we counted 2 in Pelicanos and 2 in Ocas) and a diddy pool for toddlers. Sunbeds plenty. Few taggers as usual but really no need. Food was nice and options for all pallets. Great bars all close by and short stroll to beach. 3rd visit here and definitely return again. "

"The hotel was great for what we wanted The food was fantastic to lots of options We really thought the hotel room was lovely - But could do with some soft close hinges on the doors as alot of people bang them shut every morning and evening waking everyone up. The pools are great - the loungers could do with cleaning as they look dirty some of them. The drink prices are fantastic to we were half board. I also noticed some staff don't always understand what is asked for such as one morning breakfast in a bag was needed but no one did it for us but It doesn't matter but just be careful that people understand what you ask for. But we would love to come back was very happy. "

"Booked well in advance for a suite, for our 50th wedding anniversary, arrived at the Presiddente, and told .that we could not get a suite until 2 days later 14/08/2024. At that time my wife and I were not happy, the wife she wanted to go to another hotel.We were offered a pool view room, to see if we liked it. On Tuesday 13/08/2024 when. We came back to the room, there was a bottle of chilled wine a small box of chocolates, and a lett.er of apology, which surprised us. We did not tell them it was our anniversity. We were content with the room. We were very pleased with the all round service, from all staff at the Presidente. Many thanks Derrick and Helen"

"This is a lovely hotel and the staff are polite & friendly. The hotel is very clean and the dining area is very well maintained with a good selection of food. The downside to this hotel is the shaded pool area 😎 "
